There are situations where our "OFF THE SHELF" compressed air saving products may not save money as much as the potential exist. It requires customized products and solutions. Understandably, customized solutions are apparently expensive than our "OFF THE SHELF" products. At times they also require specialized and scheduled maintenance to maintain peak performance and savings at customer end. Customer may not have spare resources to look after additional maintenance schedules or may not be inclined to maintain additional inventories.
In such scenario, management may be reluctant to invest in to solutions due to fear of:
Loosing money on fake solutions.
They may not have such budget to buy equipments.
Customer may not have specialized men power to maintain sophisticated yet long lasting solutions. Customer may have constrains in increasing men power.

In order to offer flexibility to customer for their financial management, General Imsubs - offers two types of contracts with their customer.
Fixed monthly rental.
Sharing of savings attained by installation of our equipments.
Rental tenure and rent are decided by cost of equipments, saving potential and men power involved in maintenance etc. Rented equipments usually turn out to be cheaper for customers as they do not have to provide for any depreciation, escalation of cost, maintenance and men power.
Our proposals has free as well as paid components in the entire process. Following flow chart explains process IN BRIEF to decision makers.
Customer may wonder, what kind of solutions we may rent out or suggest them or what kind of savings they can expect, when our custom products do not offer any significant saving or improvement.
We specially designed systems which can save huge amount of compressed air. Our experience shows that saving potential varies widely from place to place. However minimum savings we have achieved is about 20% where as maximum has been about 50%.
At times we come across the situation where customer is genuinely interested in investing or obtaining compressed air saving equipments, but upon survey, if we find that requirement is for other kind of systems like good quality leak proof air piping or pressure regulation or air management systems, we may suggest them to other vendors who may provide them appropriate solutions. This service is free of cost to customer.
